REFUND POLICY
It means a lot to us that you love your Lafoli as much as we do. Every piece goes through many hands (and even more hearts) before it reaches you- made, checked, and sent only when it feels just right.
But if you find that it doesn’t quite fit into your life, we’ll take it back and issue a full refund! No questions asked (except maybe how we can make it better in the future). You can exchange it for another piece or request a full refund if you’re not completely satisfied.
Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated within 48-72 hours of the returned item being successfully picked up and passing our quality inspection.
To keep the return process smooth, please send it back in its original packaging with the tags, accessories, dust bag, and the box.
You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your refund is initiated.
Refund Timelines
For Prepaid Orders (via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking)
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- You will receive a secure refund link via WhatsApp and Email.
- You can choose to receive the refund via UPI or Bank Transfer by entering your details through the link.
Processing time: 5–7 working days after details are submitted.
Important Notes
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product meets our return criteria (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).
Please ensure your bank/UPI details are entered correctly to avoid any refund delays.
