What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If something isn’t quite right, contact us on E-mail/ WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your product. Share a few quick images and an unboxing video of the packaging and contents, with the tracking label clearly visible. Our team will coordinate with our delivery partners and resolve within 3-4 working days.
