CANCELLATION POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders that have been placed but are not yet packed can be cancelled upon request.

  • The request needs to be raised within 24 hours of placing the order.

HOW TO CANCEL

DISPATCHED ORDERS

  • If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • In such cases, you may refuse delivery when they come to deliver the order.

  • Once the order is returned to us, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
